Operations

The Ventanas terminal runs two bonded warehouses, an anode casting yard and a concentrate stockyard — coordinated by our Stock Allocation System.

Every customer order is matched against live stock before it is confirmed. The system allocates FIFO by lot date, checks grade and assay status, holds anything pending a quality certificate, and honours contract commitments ahead of spot demand. Nothing is promised twice.

Registered customers track their own orders, delivery windows and contract drawdown directly in the portal — the same figures the planning desk sees, at the same moment.

Continuous monitoring on stack emissions, with capture and abatement systems maintained to the standards set for the Quintero-Puchuncaví zone.

Water stewardship

Closed-loop process water with recovery and treatment before discharge, reported to the environmental authority on a fixed schedule.

Chain of custody

Every lot carries an assay certificate and a traceable allocation record from production through to the delivery gate.
