Operations

The Ventanas terminal runs two warehouses, a five-tank refined-fuel farm and a dedicated crude receiving line — coordinated by our Stock Allocation System.
Every customer order is matched against live stock before it is confirmed. The system allocates FIFO by lot date, checks grade and assay status, holds anything pending a quality certificate, and honours contract commitments ahead of spot demand. Nothing is promised twice.
Registered customers track their own orders, delivery windows and contract drawdown directly in the portal — the same figures the planning desk sees, at the same moment.
